Munich, capital of Bavaria and second most populated city in
Germany after Berlin, is one of the high
demanded city not only in Germany also in Europe.
Since 2009 the population of Munich is raised from 1.3 million
to 1.6 million. In respect to population
increase, house vacancies didn't increase at the same rate.
There is a high demand in Munich but there is not enough supply
for it and this makes it very hard to
find a house in Munich.
As Germany's most expensive city, Munich is not keeping speed

the website because of the high demand.
